Andromeda on crash course
I was worried when Robert Hewitt Wolfe left Andromeda or rather was fired. Some of the cited reasons sounded ... dismaying. But I tried to hold to my belief that the other writers of the show would certainly maintain the high standard.
Now I read the article about Kevin Sorbo's statements to this matter and I am deeply disturbed. 'Too clever' stories told so far? Now more geared to the casual viewer? Less story arcs? Are Tribune and Kevin Sorbo gone mad?
I don't want a 'Hercules in Space' show! I want intelligent entertainment! A series with a mission!
I can only hope the people who are responsible for that garbage return to reality.
