I have it warm!
I have now a (almost) flawlessly working heating system and new valves for the radiators. I called my landlady. She will get the bill and I won't have anything to do with that anymore, I hope. Btw, my flat looks now very tidy. I didn't manage it yesterday evening but this very morning I cleaned and put everything away.
