Our department needs contracts, badly. We have written proposal over proposal and many of us will be taking their vacation soon because there isn't much work right now. Between 30. to 32. calendar week almost all programmers are away. I will be here. Another one only half a week until the end of July and no longer.
Now, yesterday a client announced his plans for an additional language version of his software, to do until 33. calendar week. Necessary infos coming at the start of August. Today we got an order regarding an SAP import module. Desired end date for that project ist August 1! You guess who has to do everything? And we still have some other proposals out.
I'm glad that we got the contracts.
I'm very afraid to have again two projects in my responsibility, especially under time pressure.
