It always happens different than we plan it. My schedule for today looked thus: Forenoon - Test new software version, fix class A bugs. Afternoon - test same software version. Evening - send version out before going home. It happens like this: Forenoon - customer A emails and phones, needs to be dealt with; customer B emails/phones, needs to be deal with immediately. Afternoon - customer A calls with a different problem, needs to be calmed and problem must be solved immediately.Only now I can start with the test of the software for customer C and the version will be emailed probably some time in the night. Why did I want to do this job?
