I went to the gym yesterday - after a long time of not having time, though I haven't really time even now for that - and it did me good. At least yesterday. Didn't much with the weights. I was afraid that I would get a hell of muscle aches after the long time of non-training. Spent instead a half hour on the bike and then one hour on the treadmill. As I said I felt really well afterward and all the afternoon and the evening though I went to the office to get a few tasks finished.
But today I'm back to my suffering. I need my vacation.
