Gym 35

Today I did just some of the back and shoulder exercises and then walked on the treadmill for half a hour. I just hope these stiffness in the back will vanish. The lower back feels like knotted up, not very badly but noticeable. Usually I have tension and kinks in shoulders and neck. At least I don't get headaches from the lower back.
