I'm feeling not quite awake the whole day. The gym session changed nothing. I kept it short (warm-up, 1 set, cool-down) and went home. Not surprisingly I didn't write anything. Worse, I have a backlog of updates for a website I maintain to do and keep putting it off. By now it is so much that the amount of work is daunting by itself. I have to get a grip on me and start working on it in small steps.
